Job Description

Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a high-performing Account Manager (Renewals) to manage and grow enterprise SaaS customer relationships in a fully remote environment. In this role, you will be responsible for driving subscription renewals, minimizing churn, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring long-term customer success across a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, ensuring clients derive maximum value from our solutions while maintaining strong commercial outcomes for the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for enterprise SaaS accounts
  • Proactively engage customers ahead of contract expiration to ensure timely renewals
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor account health metrics and address risks of churn proactively
  • Negotiate renewal terms, pricing, and contracts in alignment with company guidelines
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in CRM systems
  • Deliver customer feedback insights to internal product and leadership teams

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong experience in SaaS account management, renewals, or customer success
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based business models
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and usage trends
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in SaaS account management, renewals, or B2B sales
  • Prior experience handling enterprise-level clients is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving renewal targets and reducing churn

Working Hours

  • Full-time remote position
  • Flexible working hours aligned with US or global enterprise client time zones
  • Occasional availability required for client calls outside standard working hours

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Deep understanding of SaaS subscription lifecycle and retention strategies
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation expertise
  • Ability to influence without direct authority
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • High attention to detail in forecasting and account planning
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
