Job Summary
FinancePro Services is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our dynamic finance team as an Accountant specializing in Bookkeeping. This role is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bookkeeping activities

Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports

Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Handle payroll processing and related statutory filings

Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor queries

Monitor cash flow and financial transactions to ensure operational efficiency

Recommend improvements to accounting systems and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is mandatory

Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial regulations

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Xero) and MS Excel

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Experience

Minimum 3โ5 years of relevant experience in accounting and bookkeeping
