Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers, team leaders, and department staff.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain and organize office records, files, documents, and databases.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars for team members.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
  • Assist with data entry, record management, and document verification.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when necessary.
  • Welcome visitors, clients, and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Support internal communication between departments and management teams.
  • Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and within deadlines.
  • Assist in organizing company meetings, training sessions, and office events.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and employee information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent educational qualification preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with office productivity software.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy in data handling.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

Experience

  • Freshers and entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Previous internship, office administration, customer service, or clerical experience will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
  • Training and onboarding support will be provided to selected candidates.

Working Hours

  • Full-Time Position
  • 5 to 6 working days per week depending on business requirements.
  • Standard office hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (may vary by location or department).
  • Overtime opportunities may be available when required.
