Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support operations within a dynamic BPO/KPO environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, process-driven settings and are comfortable working night shifts. The Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow, coordinating between departments, and maintaining accurate records while supporting business efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure seamless business processes.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation with high accuracy.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing workflow.
  • Act as a communication bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Monitor operational activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support HR and operations teams with onboarding, documentation, and coordination tasks.
  • Handle emails, calls, and queries professionally during night shift hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • 0โ€“2 years of experience in administrative roles, BPO, or KPO environments will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Night Shift (rotational or fixed based on business requirements).
  • 5-day work week with rotational offs.

  • Familiarity with administrative procedures and office management systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Adaptability to changing work demands in a BPO/KPO setting.
