Job Description

Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking an experienced and proactive Agile Scrum Master to join our remote SaaS development team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, ensuring smooth sprint execution, and enabling cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products efficiently. You will act as a servant leader, coaching teams on Agile principles while removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Guide and coach development teams on Agile/Scrum practices and principles
  • Ensure effective collaboration between Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams
  • Identify and remove impediments that impact sprint progress
  • Track and report key Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down, and sprint progress
  • Support backlog refinement sessions and ensure user stories are well-defined and prioritized
  • Promote continuous improvement through regular feedback loops
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Foster a high-performing, self-organizing team environment
  • Ensure adherence to Agile best practices across distributed remote teams

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a SaaS or software development environment
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to manage remote, cross-functional teams effectively
  • Strong leadership mindset with a servant-leadership approach
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification preferred

Experience

  • 3–7 years of experience in Agile project delivery roles
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in SaaS or tech product teams
  • Experience working with distributed/remote teams is highly desirable

Working Hours

  • Full-time remote position
  • Flexible working hours aligned with project and team needs
  • Occasional overlap required with global teams across different time zones
