Job Summary
IT Sight Technologies is seeking a forward-thinking and highly experienced AI Ethics & Governance Lead to shape and oversee the ethical development, deployment, and governance of artificial intelligence systems across the organization. This remote role will be instrumental in building robust frameworks that ensure compliance with global regulations, promote responsible AI practices, and align with organizational values. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, policy knowledge, and strategic leadership to drive ethical AI innovation at scale.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain AI ethics and governance frameworks, policies, and guidelines.

Ensure compliance with international AI regulations, standards, and emerging legal requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, compliance, and product management.

Conduct risk assessments and audits of AI systems to identify ethical, legal, and societal implications.

Lead the creation of responsible AI practices, including fairness, transparency, accountability, and privacy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Law, Public Policy, Ethics, or a related field.

Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their societal implications.

Knowledge of global AI regulations (e.g., GDPR, AI Act, data governance frameworks).

Experience

Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in AI governance, tech policy, compliance, or related roles.

Prior experience in a leadership or advisory role within AI, risk management, or regulatory compliance is highly preferred.
