Job Summary
InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled AI Prompt Engineer – Creative Content Automation to design, optimize, and scale AI-driven content generation workflows. In this role, you will bridge the gap between human creativity and machine intelligence by crafting advanced prompts, refining AI outputs, and building automation systems that enhance content quality, consistency, and efficiency across multiple digital platforms. You will collaborate with content strategists, developers, and marketing teams to unlock the full potential of generative AI tools in real-world business applications.
Key Responsibilities

Design, test, and optimize high-performance prompts for large language models (LLMs) and generative AI systems

Develop automated content generation workflows for marketing, product descriptions, social media, and technical documentation

Fine-tune AI outputs to ensure brand tone, accuracy, and contextual relevance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and engineers

Analyze AI-generated content performance and continuously improve prompt effectiveness

Build reusable prompt libraries and documentation for enterprise-wide use

Stay updated with advancements in generative AI, NLP models, and automation frameworks

Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools into existing content pipelines

Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI-generated content
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Proven experience in prompt engineering or working with generative AI tools (e.g., GPT-based systems)

Excellent written communication and content structuring skills

Ability to translate business requirements into effective AI prompts

Familiarity with API integrations and automation tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of content marketing, SEO principles, or digital storytelling is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Linguistics, or related field preferred
Experience

2–5 years of experience in AI content creation, prompt engineering, content strategy, or related fields

Prior experience working with generative AI platforms or automation tools strongly preferred
