Job Summary

HR Talent Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy AI Training Specialist – Data Labeling & Annotation to support the development of high-quality artificial intelligence and machine learning models. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately labeling, annotating, and structuring datasets such as text, images, audio, and video to improve AI model performance. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and relevance for training next-generation AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality data labeling, annotation, and categorization for AI/ML datasets
Review and validate annotated data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Work with various data types including text, images, audio, and video
Follow detailed annotation guidelines and project-specific instructions
Identify and report data inconsistencies or quality issues
Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and project managers
Maintain confidentiality and data security standards at all times
Continuously improve annotation efficiency and accuracy
Support dataset preparation for model training and evaluation

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Good understanding of data classification and labeling concepts
Basic familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus
Ability to follow structured guidelines and quality standards
Strong written communication skills in English
Comfortable working with digital tools and annotation platforms
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with high accuracy
Basic computer literacy (Excel, Google Sheets, web-based tools)

Experience

0–2 years of experience in data entry, content moderation, research, or annotation work preferred
Freshers with strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply
Prior experience in AI data labeling or BPO/KPO environments is an advantage

Working Hours

Full-time position
Flexible shifts depending on project requirements
Remote or hybrid work options available
5–6 working days per week
