Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of passengers by strictly following aviation protocols and emergency procedures.

Conduct pre-flight checks, including safety equipment and cabin readiness.

Welcome passengers onboard, assist with seating, and provide clear safety instructions.

Deliver exceptional in-flight service, including food, beverages, and assistance with passenger needs.

Handle passenger queries, concerns, and special requests professionally.

Respond effectively to in-flight emergencies or medical situations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin throughout the flight.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 10+2 or equivalent (Hospitality/Aviation certification preferred).

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
