Job Description

Job Summary

HR Talent Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Amazon Account Specialist with strong expertise in Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), inventory control, and marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end Amazon seller account activities, ensuring optimal stock levels, improving product performance, and maximizing sales efficiency across the Amazon platform. This role requires analytical thinking, strong operational discipline, and hands-on experience in e-commerce account management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central accounts, focusing on FBA operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstock situations
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings for better visibility and conversion rates
  • Analyze sales performance, traffic metrics, and competitor activity
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth FBA shipment planning and tracking
  • Handle pricing strategies, promotions, and deal setups to improve sales performance
  • Resolve account-related issues, including listing errors, policy violations, and performance notifications
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies for Amazon listings
  • Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to management
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and marketplace guidelines

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA processes
  • Experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination
  • Proficiency in product listing optimization and Amazon SEO
  • Good analytical skills with experience in Excel or reporting tools
  • Understanding of PPC campaigns is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple SKUs and prioritize tasks effectively

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in Amazon account management or e-commerce operations
  • Prior experience with FBA-based businesses is highly preferred

Working Hours

  • Full-time remote role
  • Flexible working hours with occasional overlap for team coordination
  • May require availability during peak sales events or campaign periods

  • Deep understanding of Amazon marketplace ecosystem
  • Strong numerical and analytical mindset
  • Ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions
