Job Summary

Language Links BPO is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Call Center Agent fluent in both Spanish and English. This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring effective communication across diverse client bases. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in both Spanish and English with clarity and professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and process changes.
  • Follow compliance guidelines and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
  • Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred).

Experience

  • 0โ€“2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Freshers with strong language proficiency and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in a BPO or multilingual support environment is an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts including day, evening, and night shifts based on client requirements.
  • Rotational weekly offs.
  • Work-from-office or hybrid options depending on business needs.
