Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is currently seeking motivated, customer-focused, and multilingual professionals to join our growing remote customer support team for UK-based operations. As a Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through multiple communication channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media support. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma, college degree, or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in one or more additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Arabic, or other European languages is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using computers, online communication platforms, and customer support software.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center support, client relations, or administrative support is preferred but not always required.
  • Entry-level candidates with strong communication abilities and language proficiency are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience working with international customers or multicultural teams is considered an advantage.

Working Hours
