Job Summary
HR Talent Solutions is seeking a professional and customer-focused Bilingual Support Agent (Spanish/English) to join our remote support team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and technical assistance to a diverse client base across English and Spanish-speaking regions. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring customer inquiries are resolved efficiently, accurately, and with a strong focus on service excellence.
This position requires excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, chat, and CRM platforms in both Spanish and English

Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner

Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication

Follow company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs)

Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and process efficiency

Support onboarding and guidance for new users when required
Required Skills and Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

Experience

1–3 years of experience in customer support, call center, or client service roles preferred

Prior remote work experience is an advantage

Working Hours

Full-time remote position
