Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a dynamic and highly engaged Blockchain Community Manager to lead, grow, and nurture our global Web3 community. In this remote role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with developers, investors, and crypto enthusiasts while driving meaningful engagement across multiple blockchain ecosystems. You will act as the voice of the company within the community and ensure consistent, transparent, and value-driven communication across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and grow online communities across Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), and other Web3 platforms
Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase participation and retention
Act as the primary liaison between the company and the blockchain community
Moderate discussions, ensure healthy interactions, and enforce community guidelines
Organize and host AMAs, virtual events, and community meetups
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and updates
Monitor community sentiment and provide actionable insights to leadership
Support token launches, campaigns, and ecosystem growth initiatives
Respond to queries and provide timely, accurate information to community members

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and Web3 ecosystems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience managing online communities (Discord, Telegram, Reddit, etc.)
Familiarity with social media growth strategies and engagement tools
Ability to handle fast-paced, decentralized communication environments
Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
Basic knowledge of crypto trading concepts and DeFi is a plus

Experience

1–3 years of experience in community management, preferably in crypto, tech, or gaming industries
Prior experience in Web3 projects or blockchain startups is highly desirable

Working Hours

Full-time remote position
Flexible working hours aligned with global community needs
Availability required for occasional weekend events or major announcements
