Job Summary
The Cabin Steward plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences onboard cruise ships by ensuring passenger cabins and surrounding guest areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. Key Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, and maintain passenger cabins according to cruise line standards

Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries daily

Ensure all cabin amenities are properly arranged and fully stocked

Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping needs

Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately

Maintain cleanliness in corridors, service areas, and assigned sections

Follow hygiene, safety, and environmental procedures at all times

Assist in deep-cleaning operations during embarkation and disembarkation days

Required Skills and Qualifications

Working Hours

Shift-based schedule onboard cruise ships

Typically 8–10 hours per day depending on vessel operations
