Job Summary
RapidTalk Support is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Chat and Voice Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves handling both chat and voice interactions with customers, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple customer queries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and voice channels.

Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries with accuracy and efficiency.

Provide product and service information to customers clearly and effectively.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelorโs degree preferred).
Experience

0โ2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, or support roles preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience in handling both chat and voice processes will be an added advantage.
Working Hours

Flexible shift timings, including rotational shifts.

5 working days per week with 2 rotational days off.

Ability to work in night shifts or weekends based on business requirements.
