Job Summary
OneTech Associates is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Community Moderator to oversee and manage online communities during night shift hours. This role is critical in maintaining a safe, engaging, and respectful digital environment for users across platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally while working independently in a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor online communities, forums, and social media platforms to ensure adherence to company policies and community guidelines.

Review user-generated content and take appropriate action, including moderation, removal, or escalation of inappropriate material.

Respond promptly to user inquiries, concerns, and reports with professionalism and empathy.

Identify and mitigate potential risks such as spam, harassment, or abusive behavior.

Maintain accurate logs and documentation of moderation activities and incidents.

Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Support, Trust & Safety, and Product teams to improve community standards.

Provide insights and feedback to enhance user experience and engagement.

Stay updated with evolving community trends, platform rules, and digital safety practices.

Experience
