Job Summary

CarePoint Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Engagement Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service experiences, and supporting business growth through meaningful client interactions.

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact between the company and its customers. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries efficiently, and creating positive engagement experiences across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and committed to customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and digital communication platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Provide accurate product, service, and account information in a clear and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
  • Maintain detailed customer records, communication logs, and case updates in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, technical support, and quality assurance.
  • Identify customer trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for service improvements.
  • Support customer retention initiatives and engagement campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company service policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Good computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Experience

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, client relations, sales support, or customer engagement roles.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and customer handling skills may also be considered.
  • Experience working in BPO, service industry, healthcare support, retail, or corporate customer service environments is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.
  • 5 days or 6 days working schedule based on business requirements.
  • Flexible shifts may include day, evening, or rotational shifts.
  • Weekend availability may be required depending on customer support schedules.

  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
  • Ability to analyze customer concerns and provide practical solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, technologies, and processes.
  • Understanding of service quality standards and customer satisfaction metrics.
