Job Description

Job Summary

StarSupport Systems is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with company products, services, and policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelorโ€™s degree is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer support tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.

Experience

  • Minimum 1โ€“2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role.
  • Prior experience in remote customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience handling high-volume customer interactions is an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote working schedule.
  • Availability to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Full-time and part-time positions may be available depending on business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Adaptability to changing processes and technologies.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
