Job Summary

HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Analyst – Remote Global Security Ops to join our expanding security team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity threats across global systems and infrastructure. You will play a critical part in safeguarding organizational assets, ensuring compliance with security standards, and proactively identifying vulnerabilities in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor security alerts, logs, and events using SIEM tools to detect suspicious activity
Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents in real time
Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend remediation strategies
Perform threat analysis and provide actionable intelligence to IT and leadership teams
Support incident response planning and execution during security breaches
Maintain and update security documentation, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with global IT and security teams to strengthen defense systems
Ensure compliance with international security frameworks and regulations (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
Assist in penetration testing and risk assessment activities

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, networks, and system architecture
Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel)
Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and cloud security
Familiarity with malware analysis, threat intelligence, and incident response
Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently in a remote global team environment

Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in cybersecurity, SOC operations, or IT security roles
Prior experience in remote or global security operations is highly preferred
Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, or equivalent are an advantage

Working Hours

Fully remote position (global flexibility required)
Rotational shifts may be required to support 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) coverage
Occasional weekend or on-call availability for incident response

Ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns of malicious activity
High attention to detail and strong decision-making skills under pressure
