Job Summary
Data Insights PH is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Scientist / Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and deliver meaningful reports that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and forecasting techniques.
- Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to optimize data pipelines and workflows.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with data governance policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, data science, or a related role.
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and business impact.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment is preferred.
Working Hours
- Full-time position (40 hours per week).
- Flexible working hours with potential for remote or hybrid setup depending on project needs.
- Occasional extended hours may be required to meet deadlines.
