Job Summary
InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly driven and strategic Demand Generation Manager to lead end-to-end B2B marketing initiatives in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable demand generation programs that attract, engage, and convert high-quality enterprise leads. You will work closely with sales, product marketing, and content teams to drive pipeline growth, optimize conversion funnels, and enhance brand visibility across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies across digital channels (email, paid media, SEO, webinars, and content marketing).

Build and optimize lead generation funnels to increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

Manage multi-channel campaigns targeting enterprise and mid-market B2B audiences.

Collaborate with sales teams to align on pipeline goals and conversion metrics.

Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and optimize ROI.

Oversee paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting strategies).

Design and implement lead nurturing workflows using marketing automation platforms.

Conduct A/B testing for landing pages, emails, and ad creatives.

Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate tracking of marketing attribution.

Research market trends, buyer behavior, and competitor strategies to refine campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.

Expertise in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).

Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).

Strong understanding of funnel optimization and lead scoring models.
