This fully remote role involves accurately tagging, categorizing, and enriching multimedia content with structured metadata to enhance discoverability, search functionality, and content management efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Tag, label, and categorize digital media assets including images, videos, audio files, and documents.
Create, edit, and maintain metadata records in content management systems (CMS) or digital asset management (DAM) platforms.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with metadata standards and taxonomy guidelines.
Conduct quality checks and audits to verify proper tagging and metadata integrity.
Collaborate with content teams to understand asset context and apply relevant metadata attributes.
Optimize content for improved searchability and retrieval across platforms.
Update and maintain classification systems, keyword libraries, and tagging frameworks.
Handle bulk data processing tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and digital content management.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data tools.
Familiarity with CMS or DAM systems is an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
