Job Summary
InfoTech Solutions is seeking a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Growth Lead to spearhead end-to-end growth initiatives across our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) digital ecosystem. This role is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing high-impact digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with strong expertise in performance marketing, conversion optimization, and omnichannel growth strategies, particularly within D2C environments. This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovation-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute scalable digital growth strategies aligned with D2C business objectives

Lead performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other paid media platforms

Optimize conversion funnels across website, landing pages, and customer journeys

Analyze customer data and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities

Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic acquisition

Implement A/B testing frameworks for continuous optimization of campaigns

Collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to enhance user acquisition and retention

Oversee marketing automation and CRM initiatives to improve lifecycle marketing

Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI across all channels

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing technologies
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong expertise in digital marketing and performance growth strategies

Proficiency in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)

Deep understanding of D2C business models and customer acquisition funnels

Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar)

Experience
