Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Growth Lead to spearhead end-to-end growth initiatives across our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) digital ecosystem. This role is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing high-impact digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with strong expertise in performance marketing, conversion optimization, and omnichannel growth strategies, particularly within D2C environments. This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovation-focused setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute scalable digital growth strategies aligned with D2C business objectives
  • Lead performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other paid media platforms
  • Optimize conversion funnels across website, landing pages, and customer journeys
  • Analyze customer data and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic acquisition
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks for continuous optimization of campaigns
  • Collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to enhance user acquisition and retention
  • Oversee marketing automation and CRM initiatives to improve lifecycle marketing
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI across all channels
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing and performance growth strategies
  • Proficiency in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of D2C business models and customer acquisition funnels
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, CRO, and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment

Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles
  • Prior experience in D2C, eCommerce, or consumer tech industries is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of scaling digital campaigns and improving ROI metrics

Working Hours

  • Full-time remote position
  • Flexible working hours with expected overlap in core business hours
  • May require occasional collaboration across different time zones
