Job Summary
IT Sight Technologies is seeking a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Lead specializing in high-ticket sales funnels. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a deep understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and revenue scaling for premium products or services. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing end-to-end funnel strategies that drive qualified leads, maximize ROI, and support aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute high-performing digital marketing strategies focused on high-ticket offers.

Design, build, and optimize sales funnels (lead generation, nurturing, and conversion stages).

Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Collaborate with sales teams to align funnel strategies with revenue goals and customer journeys.

Analyze funnel performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV) and implement data-driven improvements.

Lead A/B testing initiatives across landing pages, ad creatives, and email campaigns.

Oversee content strategy including webinars, VSLs (Video Sales Letters), email sequences, and retargeting campaigns.

Manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline lead flow and tracking.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and funnel strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven expertise in building and scaling high-ticket sales funnels.

Strong knowledge of paid media strategies and performance marketing.

Proficiency in funnel-building tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar).

Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user behavior analytics.

Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.

Experience

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years focused on high-ticket funnels.
