Job Summary
InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager specializing in Paid Media and TikTok Advertising to lead our digital growth initiatives. This role is designed for an innovative marketing professional who understands performance marketing, audience targeting, creative optimization, and campaign scaling across multiple digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid acquisition strategies, campaign management, conversion optimization, and social media advertising, with a particular focus on TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and other emerging digital channels. You will work closely with creative, analytics, product, and leadership teams to drive measurable business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other performance channels.

Build and manage high-performing TikTok advertising campaigns, including audience segmentation, creative testing, and bid strategy optimization.

Monitor campaign KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CAC, and conversion rates.

Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and campaign structures.

Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.

Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video editors to produce engaging ad creatives.

Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Develop retargeting, lookalike, and customer acquisition strategies.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing trends.

Work closely with sales and product teams to align campaign objectives with business goals.

Manage agency partners, influencers, and external advertising vendors when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Strong experience in performance marketing and paid media management.

Expertise in TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads platforms.

Deep understanding of digital funnel strategy and customer journey mapping.

Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing attribution tools.

Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, events setup, and campaign attribution.

Strong copywriting and creative briefing skills.

Advanced Excel or reporting dashboard experience.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Experience

5+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance advertising.

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing TikTok paid advertising campaigns.

Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with measurable ROI.

Experience working with B2B, B2C, SaaS, eCommerce, or technology brands is highly preferred.

Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of medium to large scale.
