Job Summary

Growth Agency PH is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in SEO and SEM to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing search engine optimization and search engine marketing strategies to drive high-quality traffic, improve online visibility, and maximize ROI for our clients. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and performance-focused, with a strong understanding of digital acquisition channels and data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Plan, execute, and manage SEM campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize landing pages and website content for improved conversion rates and search performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO/SEM platforms.
Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including bid management, ad copy creation, and budget optimization.
Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Hands-on experience with SEM/PPC platforms such as Google Ads.
Proficiency in keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar).
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS basics is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and content optimization abilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines effectively.

Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on SEO and SEM.
Proven track record of improving search rankings and managing successful paid campaigns.
Experience working in an agency environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

Full-time position
Monday to Friday (Flexible shift depending on campaign requirements)
Occasional weekend availability for campaign monitoring or urgent optimizations
