Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Monitor online mentions, social media platforms, forums, news outlets, and search engine results for reputational risks

Identify and respond to negative content, misinformation, or potential digital threats

Develop and execute online reputation management strategies tailored to individual client profiles

Coordinate with legal, PR, and cybersecurity teams to address reputational or security concerns

Manage content suppression, promotion strategies, and SEO-based reputation enhancement

Conduct sentiment analysis and reporting on brand perception trends

Implement preventive measures against impersonation, identity misuse, and digital harassment

Provide real-time alerts and crisis response support when reputational risks arise

Maintain confidential handling of sensitive client information at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications

Working Hours
