Job Summary
IT Sight Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized E-commerce Data Entry Assistant to support our growing online retail operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working remotely and have a strong ability to manage large volumes of product and transactional data with accuracy and efficiency. You will play a key role in ensuring that our e-commerce platforms are updated, accurate, and optimized to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately input, update, and maintain product information including descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory levels across e-commerce platforms

Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies and ensure timely corrections

Upload new product listings and manage catalog updates

Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing and logistics to ensure data consistency

Monitor stock levels and update availability status regularly

Process online orders, returns, and customer-related data entries

Maintain organized digital records and documentation

Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity
Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data entry tools

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central is preferred

Experience
