Job Summary

Online Retail Masters is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize product listings, sales performance, and store operations across leading marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving online revenue growth by implementing effective marketplace strategies, improving product visibility, and ensuring seamless customer experience across all digital storefronts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize product listings on Shopee and Lazada platforms
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies for product visibility
Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketplace ads
Ensure accurate inventory management and product updates
Coordinate with marketing and design teams for product content and creatives
Handle pricing strategies to stay competitive in the marketplace
Track competitor activities and provide actionable insights
Resolve customer inquiries, reviews, and marketplace disputes professionally
Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of Shopee and Lazada seller platforms
Knowledge of e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, and online sales strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
Familiarity with product SEO and keyword optimization
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and manage multiple product categories
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Experience

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital retail operations preferred
Fresh graduates with strong digital commerce knowledge may also apply

Working Hours

Full-time position
Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Flexible hours may be required during peak sales campaigns or promotions
