Job Summary

HR Talent Solutions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented E-learning Instructional Designer to develop engaging, high-quality digital learning experiences for global audiences. In this remote role, you will design, develop, and optimize interactive training modules, online courses, and instructional materials that enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, learning strategists, and multimedia teams to transform complex information into effective, user-friendly e-learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive e-learning courses, modules, and digital training content
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and structure learning content
Create storyboards, instructional scripts, and learning outlines
Develop multimedia learning assets including videos, quizzes, simulations, and assessments
Apply instructional design models such as ADDIE or Bloom’s Taxonomy
Ensure all content is engaging, accessible, and aligned with learning objectives
Review and update existing training materials to maintain accuracy and relevance
Utilize e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360)
Analyze learner feedback and improve course effectiveness
Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and instructional quality across all modules

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field
Strong experience in instructional design principles and adult learning theories
Proficiency in e-learning tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms
Ability to create engaging visual and interactive learning experiences
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English
Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, TalentLMS, Blackboard, etc.)
Basic understanding of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Experience

2–5 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or digital learning content creation
Experience working in remote or distributed teams preferred
Portfolio showcasing e-learning projects is highly desirable

Working Hours

Full-time remote position
Flexible working hours with alignment to team deadlines and project schedules
Occasional overlap with international time zones may be required
