Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join Outreach Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp and Klaviyo. This role requires a strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation workflows, and performance analytics to drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention.
The Email Marketing Specialist will collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to create impactful email campaigns that align with business goals and brand voice.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns.

Create automated email workflows including welcome series, abandoned cart, re-engagement, and post-purchase flows.

Segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and purchase history.

Design and test email templates for optimal performance across devices and platforms.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).

Conduct A/B testing to improve email effectiveness and engagement.

Maintain email lists and ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and other regulations.

Collaborate with content writers and designers to create compelling email content.

Optimize deliverability and ensure campaigns reach the intended audience.

Stay updated with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in Mailchimp and/or Klaviyo (mandatory).

Strong understanding of email marketing principles and automation.

Knowledge of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email customization (preferred).

Experience

Working Hours
