InfoTech Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Remote Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. As a Lead Generation Executive, you will play a critical role in identifying potential clients, building a strong sales pipeline, and supporting the company’s revenue growth—all from the comfort of your home.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media channels
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach
  • Maintain and update lead information accurately in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects
  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation metrics
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve lead generation efficiency
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and convert interest into opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (any discipline)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong internet research and data entry skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Experience

  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales (0–1 year) is an added advantage but not mandatory

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote working hours
  • Standard shift: 8 hours per day (Monday to Friday)
  • Occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs
