Job Summary
Red Learning Academy is seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly motivated Evening PMP Certification Trainer to join our professional education team. This role is ideal for project management professionals who are enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge and helping aspiring professionals achieve globally recognized PMP certification success.
As a PMP Certification Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and structured training sessions during evening hours, guiding learners through project management concepts, exam strategies, real-world case studies, and best practices aligned with PMI standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong training capabilities, practical industry experience, and the ability to simplify complex project management concepts for diverse learners.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality live PMP certification training sessions in an engaging and interactive format.

Design lesson plans, training schedules, and instructional materials aligned with the latest PMP examination framework.

Explain project management concepts including predictive, agile, and hybrid methodologies.

Conduct mock tests, practice sessions, and exam preparation workshops.

Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Support participants with exam application guidance and certification preparation strategies.

Create case studies, assignments, quizzes, and real-world project simulations.

Address learner questions, doubts, and technical challenges during sessions.

Keep training content updated according to PMI guideline changes and industry developments.

Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course quality and student success rates.

Maintain attendance records, performance reports, and learner engagement metrics.

Mentor participants on project management career development and professional growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, IT, or related discipline.

PMP certification is mandatory.

Additional certifications such as Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or CAPM will be an added advantage.

Strong understanding of project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience preferred.

Strong command of English, both verbal and written.

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to professionals from diverse industries.

Comfortable using online training platforms, presentation tools, and virtual collaboration tools.
Experience
-
Minimum 3–7 years of project management industry experience.

At least 2+ years of experience in PMP training, corporate learning, or professional coaching preferred.

Experience preparing candidates for PMP certification with successful student outcomes is highly desirable.

Hands-on experience managing projects across industries such as IT, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, finance, or consulting will be advantageous.
Working Hours

Training Time: 8:30 PM onwards

Flexible part-time or contractual engagement based on batch schedules.

Weekend support sessions may be required during exam preparation periods.
