Job Summary
Chaosology is seeking an enthusiastic, articulate, and learner-focused Evening Shift Online English Conversation Coach to join our growing academic and communication training team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about language development, communication coaching, and helping learners build confidence in spoken English.
As an Online English Conversation Coach, you will work with students, working professionals, and international learners through virtual platforms, guiding them in conversational fluency, pronunciation improvement, vocabulary development, and real-world communication skills. The ideal candidate combines excellent communication ability with patience, cultural awareness, and a learner-centered coaching style.
This is an evening shift opportunity designed to support learners across multiple time zones, making it a perfect fit for professionals who enjoy flexible online teaching environments.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one and small group online English conversation sessions.

Assess learners’ current communication levels and design personalized speaking improvement plans.

Help students improve pronunciation, grammar usage, vocabulary, fluency, and confidence in spoken English.

Create engaging conversation topics relevant to business, academics, travel, interviews, and everyday communication.

Provide constructive verbal and written feedback after each session.

Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate coaching records.

Prepare interactive learning materials, discussion exercises, and speaking activities.

Support learners in public speaking, interview preparation, presentation skills, and confidence-building exercises.

Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional online classroom environment.

Collaborate with academic coordinators and internal training teams to improve coaching methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Communication, Psychology, or a related discipline.

Strong command of spoken and written English with neutral or clearly understandable pronunciation.

Certification such as TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent training is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities.

Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual learner needs.

Comfortable using online teaching tools, virtual classrooms, and communication platforms.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to engage learners from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
Experience

1–3 years of experience in English teaching, communication coaching, language training, or online tutoring preferred.

Freshers with exceptional spoken English and strong teaching potential may also apply.

Experience working with international students or adult learners is an advantage.
Working Hours

Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (depending on learner schedules and time zones).
