Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial data, trends, and performance to support business decisions
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations
Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries
Monitor financial KPIs and identify areas for cost optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
High attention to detail and accuracy

Experience

1–4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
Freshers with strong academic backgrounds and internship experience may also be considered
Experience working with international financial standards is an advantage

Working Hours

Full-time position
Standard business hours: Monday to Friday
Flexibility may be required during reporting periods or project deadlines

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting techniques
Ability to interpret complex financial data and present insights clearly
Knowledge of financial software and ERP systems is a plus
