Job Description

Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven FinTech Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients within the financial technology sector. You will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by connecting prospects with our sales executives and supporting the company’s expansion into new markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential FinTech clients and key decision-makers
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads based on defined sales criteria and business needs
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture engagement
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead targets

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English proficiency
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Understanding of sales outreach techniques and pipelines
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Basic understanding of FinTech products and services is preferred

Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
  • Prior SDR or telesales experience in SaaS or FinTech is an advantage

Working Hours

  • Full-time remote position
  • Flexible schedule aligned with business requirements
  • Expected availability during core business hours (regional or US/EU overlap may be required depending on accounts)
