Job Summary
IT Sight Technologies is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Fractional Marketing Director to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in scaling their marketing efforts. This remote role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional who thrives in a flexible, advisory capacity while delivering measurable business outcomes.
As a Fractional Marketing Director, you will act as a senior marketing leader across multiple client accounts, providing strategic direction, optimizing marketing operations, and mentoring internal teams. You will play a pivotal role in shaping brand positioning, driving demand generation, and aligning marketing initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to SME clients across diverse industries

Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning

Lead demand generation initiatives including digital campaigns, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid media

Oversee brand development and ensure consistency across all marketing channels

Mentor and guide junior marketing professionals and client-side teams

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
