Job Summary
OneTech Associates is seeking a highly experienced Fractional Operations Lead to serve as a strategic remote consultant supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs). In this role, you will act as a part-time senior operations expert responsible for improving business efficiency, streamlining workflows, and implementing scalable operational frameworks across diverse client projects. You will collaborate with leadership teams to diagnose operational challenges and deliver practical, data-driven solutions that enhance productivity and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Assess and analyze existing business operations across SME clients

Design and implement scalable operational processes and systems

Identify inefficiencies and recommend performance improvement strategies

Support business transformation initiatives and digital workflow optimization

Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for cross-functional teams

Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track improvement progress

Provide fractional leadership guidance to startup and growth-stage companies

Collaborate with stakeholders to align operations with business goals

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments

Support project management and execution of strategic initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in operations management, business consulting, or process improvement

Experience

5–10 years of experience in operations management, consulting, or business strategy roles

Prior experience working with SMEs, startups, or multi-client consulting environments is highly preferred

Experience in remote consulting or fractional leadership roles is an advantage
Working Hours

Flexible, part-time fractional engagement

Approximately 15–25 hours per week depending on project needs

Fully remote with asynchronous collaboration across global teams
