Key Responsibilities

Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback assessments.
Manage agile workflows, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
Track product performance metrics and iterate based on insights.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality MVPs within budget constraints.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable product plans.
Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a freelance setup.

Experience

1–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in startups or digital product environments.
Prior experience in launching MVPs or working on early-stage product development is highly preferred.
Freelance or contract-based project experience is an added advantage.
