Job Summary

HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer (MERN) to join a fast-growing global remote startup environment. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-performance digital products that serve users across international markets. Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack
Build responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using React.js
Design and implement RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
Manage and optimize database structures using MongoDB
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices
Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack
Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
Integrate third-party services and APIs as required
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN stack)
Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
Experience with RESTful API development and integration
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
Familiarity with frontend state management tools (Redux, Context API, etc.)
Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Experience

2–5 years of experience in Full Stack Development using MERN stack
Experience working in remote or distributed teams is an advantage
Prior experience in startup environments preferred

Fully remote position
Flexible working hours with overlap in global team time zones
Expected availability for key meetings and sprint planning sessions

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
