  • Comfortable using computers, online communication platforms, and CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, technical support, sales support, or client relations is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.
