Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Sales and Talent Acquisition Director to lead and integrate our global revenue generation and talent strategy. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving international sales growth while simultaneously building and scaling high-performing recruitment frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of commercial acumen and talent leadership expertise, enabling the organization to expand its market presence while attracting and retaining top-tier talent worldwide.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across multiple regions and markets.
  • Lead and manage international sales teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance metrics.
  • Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates globally.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, employer branding, and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales and hiring strategies with long-term business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and workforce analytics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks for both sales and recruitment functions.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within hiring practices.
  • Optimize recruitment technologies and sales tools to improve efficiency and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in both global sales and talent acquisition functions.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, ATS platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of global labor markets and sales ecosystems.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum of 10โ€“15 years of progressive experience in sales leadership and recruitment management.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and scaling global teams.
  • Experience working in multinational organizations or fast-growing environments.
  • Proven track record in implementing talent acquisition strategies across diverse regions.

Working Hours
