Job Summary
Design Studio 101 is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer specializing in Branding & Web Design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling brand identities and designing engaging digital experiences for websites and online platforms. You will collaborate with marketing teams, developers, and clients to transform ideas into impactful visual solutions that align with brand strategy and business goals.
This role requires a strong creative portfolio, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clean, modern, and user-friendly designs.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute branding concepts, including logos, brand guidelines, typography, and visual identity systems

Design responsive and visually appealing website layouts and UI elements

Create marketing materials such as banners, social media creatives, brochures, and presentations

Collaborate with web developers to ensure seamless design implementation

Maintain consistency across all digital and print brand assets

Conduct research on design trends, competitors, and industry standards

Revise and improve designs based on feedback from stakeholders and clients

Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines

Ensure all creative output aligns with brand strategy and business objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles

Experience with web design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design

Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or web/UI design

Working Hours

Full-time position

Monday to Friday (flexible work schedule based on project deadlines)
