Job Summary
IT Sight Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Healthcare Data Entry Specialist to join our growing remote workforce. Key Responsibilities

Accurately input patient and medical data into electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information; correct discrepancies promptly.

Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and data protection regulations.

Organize and manage large volumes of healthcare records and documentation.

Collaborate with internal teams such as billing, coding, and clinical staff to ensure data accuracy.

Perform regular data audits and quality checks.

Update and maintain databases with new patient information and medical records.

Meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks consistently.
Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Strong typing skills with high accuracy (minimum 40–60 WPM preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.

Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems is an advantage.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in data entry, preferably within the healthcare industry.

Working Hours
