Key Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic knowledge of office administration and clerical procedures.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • 0–5 years of experience in administration, office support, customer service, or related roles preferred.
  • Previous experience in corporate, healthcare, education, retail, or service industries will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-Time: 8–9 hours per day.
  • Part-Time opportunities may also be available.
  • Monday to Friday schedules with occasional weekend support depending on business needs.
