Job Summary
VoiceEase Solutions is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Female Telecallers to join our dynamic voice-based process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with customers professionally, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services or products

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently

Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer details in the system

Follow up on leads and ensure conversion targets are met

Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions

Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all interactions

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with calling systems

Strong interpersonal and listening skills

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

Good organizational and time-management skills

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline

Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service will be an added advantage
Working Hours

Full-time position

Flexible shifts (Day/Rotational shifts based on process requirements)

6 days working with one weekly off
