Job Description

Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Home-Based Customer Service Representative and Data Entry professional to join our remote operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in a virtual environment. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and performing data entry tasks to support daily business operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and updates
  • Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Maintain and update customer records and internal databases
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary
  • Follow company guidelines and standard operating procedures
  • Assist in administrative and operational support tasks as required
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Good typing speed with accuracy
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Customer service mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Prior experience in customer service or data entry is an advantage but not mandatory

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote working hours
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week (schedule may vary based on business needs)
