Job Summary

ER Relief Medicals is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Home Delivery Driver to support the timely and secure delivery of pharmaceutical products, healthcare supplies, and wellness essentials to customers. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver prescription medicines, over-the-counter healthcare products, and medical essentials safely to customers’ homes within assigned routes.
• Verify customer information and delivery details before handing over medical products.
• Handle sensitive pharmaceutical items with care while following transportation and storage guidelines.
• Collect payments through cash, card, or digital payment methods when required.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, payment receipts, and route logs.
• Coordinate with pharmacy staff regarding urgent deliveries, stock updates, or delivery concerns.
• Ensure customer confidentiality and comply with all healthcare and pharmacy-related delivery protocols.
• Perform vehicle inspections regularly and report any maintenance requirements immediately.
• Follow traffic laws, safety procedures, and company operational policies at all times.
• Provide courteous and professional service during every customer interaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of local routes, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns.
• Ability to use smartphone applications, GPS navigation, and digital payment systems.
• Basic understanding of handling healthcare or pharmaceutical products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, trustworthy, and customer-service oriented.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in delivery, logistics, courier services, or pharmacy product transportation preferred.
• Fresh candidates with strong driving skills and willingness to learn may also be considered.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or medical delivery services will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.
• 6 days a week with rotational weekly off.
• Shift timings may include morning, afternoon, evening, or emergency delivery schedules based on operational needs.
