Job Description

Job Summary

Team Care is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Generalist specializing in Employee Relations to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring employee engagement, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, handling sensitive matters with professionalism and integrity while promoting a fair and inclusive work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Support performance management processes, including disciplinary actions and improvement plans.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations matters.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to employee relations cases.
  • Assist in policy development and implementation aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions such as recruitment, training, and payroll.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and labor legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution expertise.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on employee relations.
  • Experience handling workplace investigations and conflict management.
  • Prior experience in a corporate or multi-industry environment is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position
  • Monday to Friday
  • Standard business hours with flexibility as needed to address employee concerns or organizational requirements.
